Needed a new smart watch for Bloomsday and SIL needed phone repair so we ended up here. The reps there, Dustin Kommes in particular, were very helpful. Setup for my watch proved difficult but he went over and above, even calling Samsung tech support, navigating phone trees to get real people; trying 3 different methods to finally get everything synced up! I was so pleased with his work I got a watch for my wife as well!

The manager of this store was extremely rude. She seemed pis off . We have been paying a very high bill there is a guy with long hair and he is a lier .We had a very bad time so DO NOT.GO THERE THAY ARE NOT GODS PEOPLE.

Went to the store today with my mother. There was quite a few people before us but the employees were attentive and the wait time went fast. We were helped by Jason K. He gave us excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. We had a hiccup in our processing but he did his best to help us in every way he could and was very patient throughout. Highly recommend this location and this employee is a true gem.
