Dealt with Angela, personally located my package, and called me back, she was honest about lack of drivers, and miscoding errors- canceled delivery attempts as "weather" related. I finally will called after five straight days of canceled delivery!!! 5* ONLY because of Angela, our entire community is complaining about lack of deliveries, and lies been going on for weeks.

FedEx Ground Subcontracting is a JOKE. Every single package is late, can’t pickup from warehouse, and customer service is a joke! Ground can’t seem to find my house, call me at ungodly hours when they can just use Google Maps to find me, but yet FedEx Express (non contracted) have ZERO issues delivering on time and to my house. FedEx Ground needs to be SHUT DOWN until they can operate their business.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. In the past 2 years they've gotten 1 out of 56 packages to me on time. It's always the same routine, it's tracking normally until the day I am supposed to receive my package. Then, surprise!, it's been delayed and they can't give a date for when it will be here. So, then i end up waiting an average of 3 days (that's an average, sometimes it's 2 and others it's 7) before I finally get my package. I used to work for the postal service, so when I say that they're worse than some of the people I used to work with, yes they're that bad. If it weren't for the contract that they have with Goodwill industries, I would never, EVER use their services.

Package was delayed. I called several times and spoke with several representatives. The representatives each have a different level of experience of help. Just a matter of luck getting the right ones. When you do it's very helpful and clear. I did receive my shipment albeit almost a week late for my store. I'd say the worst thing about FedEx is the inability to control your own packages' destination. That is up to the shipper and they have to go through their own process with FedEx (which is a headache and cost). With UPS you have the freedom to send it to a UPS location/store for extra security for a nominal fee especially if your office will be closed at delivery time. UPS offers GPS tracking in out for delivery packages while I didn't see that for FedEx.
