Rude customer service. I came in to send out a return, I brought my package in the original packaging with a return label. When I set the package down for the employee she just stared at me and said “Are you going to tape that up?” And I said “Oh, I’m sorry..” The employee then cut me off an said “You’re supposed to come in with it taped up.” then hands me HER tape gun and asked me if I knew how to tape a box. To which I replied “I mean I can, but...” She then said she could tape it, and proceeded to do so with an attitude of course. I just found that experience very off-putting and extremely rude, all because I didn’t tape my shoe box size package before-hand.

They have no access to pint a ticket from their site and mine would not let me do it from Home if you go to UPS or mail office no problem, here I had to pay to send back part by choice but what else can I do with customer service that can't do anything for you but that.. rediculous told the company to use UPS or regular mail.. FedEx usually has better service but this location Nope

FedEx reported that I was not home to sign for my package. They also stated that they rang my door... I work from home and am here all day long every day. 50% of the time they deliver my neighbors packages to me and mine to them. Apparently, your drivers are blind. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I made the decision long ago to not use FedEx for my own shipping needs because of their inability to deliver accurately to 2 houses literally beside one another.

Tracking said package was delivered but did not receive my package I looked at my camera no driver came to my house then saw it two minutes later on the camera one block up probably delivered to the wrong house or the driver kept it for them selves. Now they say my 600 dollar package is lost. After I called multiple times and waiting a week for an answer. This is the worst place to deal with and needs to be shut down.

Yes you just need a photo i.d.
Simply contact the seller. If he got a receipt, the number is on that receipt. All receipts have a tracking number if shipped with FedEx. The only way the seller wouldn't have a tracking number is if he didn't take his receipt.
