Their staff in the office is weak, they do not do their jobs. Told me they cannot tell me if a statement has been sent. Communication with this company is terrible. My last delivery I never got the delivery slip when they filled it. The technician DID NOT LEAVE ONE. I cannot get a statemnt in a timely manner. They make sure to send it after it accumulates a late charge of $39. Way to go COMO.
