I was there and amazed how much scrutiny is placed on an applicant. They didn't ask about my medical expenses. While there the interviewer made a point to write a note aona post it. It really upset me. I will try to send someone for me in the future!!!

You just need an ID and tell them what your address is and if you have multiple people you have to have a copy of their ID and a letter from them to pick up from there for them and you do need a social security card for each person you're picking up for

Food can be donated to Manna Food Bank. This is an organization that operates on volunteer hours. I am not sure about community service hour credits. I would call them and check to see what they can do for you.
