Needed a very minor fix done to my phone Saturday morning (screen needed to be pushed back into the frame in one corner, but by a professional because I’m not gentle). I called a competitor because they have a done a good job for me before. They quoted me $50 without even looking at it first and they are not in my neighborhood. THEN I decided to try Mobile Solutions because it’s closeby and I have had Amazon packages sent there before. They fixed my phone quickly, didn’t charge & brought it out to me so I wouldn’t have to drag my kids back inside. Nicest thing that’s happened to me in a very long time. Will be a forever customer.

Very professional. Quick turn around time on fixing my sons' phone screen for a great price! The lady behind the counter had great customer service skills. The guy who answered the phone was spot on with the amount of time it would take to fix the phone. Overall a great place with reasonable prices. Hopefully my son doesn't break the phone screen again, but if he does I wouldn't take it any place else but here.

Left my galaxy note 8 to have the old 3300 battery replaced with new 4200 battery. Abdul tried to tell me that would not notice an improvement! Imagine my surprise when checked the battery and discovered still had a 3300 battery in it. The battery runs down after 2-3 hours. Feel like I was ripped off and Abdul did not install my new 4200 battery as I paid him to do. I would like to talk to him, but no response to my phone calls, it is late on Sunday. I will call him tomorrow.
