The worst apartment living experience I have ever had. Had to file a complaint with the BBB. The property has a lot to offer. But for a wild price, please enjoy the copious cigarette smoking, the upcharges in the event your trash falls over when valet picks it up, the swarm of cockroaches that never go away and the insubordinate tenants that never get dealt with. Also please make sure to record any conversation with the property manager as we have been previously gaslit and lied to.

Management find any violation to make a quick buck . Constantly towing cars even ones registered. My neighbor house was invaded by intruders. I wouldn’t recommend a roach to live here btw they have those also

The complex isn't necessarily bad but there are some things about it that bother me. They charged me a $50 fee twice due to a problem that I think was mostly due to lack of communication on their side (they didn't respond to my email asking about it so I assumed there was no problem.) Actually they seem to ignore emails generally. They threatened to charge fines due to me having boxes on my porch while I was moving in. In general it seems like they are very strict here which can be good and some people will like that more. But I just don't enjoy all the extra fees / bad parking situation / rigidness. edit: I already contacted the on premise office. They said they couldn't refund. Just got another 50$ charge.
