Lived here recently for two years and only moved due to rent increase. Any maintenance issue was taken care of in a timely manner. There were a couple changes to the front office management as I lived there, but each person that was hired in the front office was always willing to help and I had good interactions with them. It's a good location being close to downtown, but it's expensive. If you can afford the price point this is a good place to stay.

Overall, I have had a good experience living here for the past 5 years. The management team has always been friendly and welcoming, and readily available to assist! The management team has also hosted social and informative activities to bring the apartment community together. However, as far as safety is concerned- although the environment is usually quiet, there have been a few incidents where neighbors were loud or fighting and police had to intervene. Also, my car was broken into once, but very minimal loss, thank God! As far as the physical appearance is concerned, the outside grounds and public rooms/spaces are neatly kept, but the stairwells are sometimes unclean with old dog poop on the floor or stairs, and they are not cleaned that often; but aside for the aforementioned things, I would recommend this as a nice place to live, and a great location! This place has gone down hill. Used to be a nice community now there’s very shady suspicious looking tenants moving in. Loud music every weekend, smell of weed through the halls( even though they pride themselves for being a “non smoking” complex) dog feces everywhere, stray cats , cars being broken into every other night ( there is NEVER a courtesy patrol as they so falsely state I’m their website and in their hotline) rude office attendants. Oh and did I mentioned the police raids and stabbings that have happened here? Nope 👎 definitely not a good place to stay.

I moved to Oaks Trinity in the summer of 2017, and what stands out to me most is how personable they are in making sure it's tenants are well taken care of. We have the best pool view of downtown, friendly neighbors, and it's usually quiet. It's also located near all the necessary amenities. I'm glad I made the decision to move here, and I'm a proud member of the Oaks Trinity community. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
