My husband and I have enjoyed living here for the past 18 months. The Christopher is perfectly situated near numerous dining, cultural, and recreational options. The property's amenities and social activities create a friendly and welcoming environment. Management is responsive to concerns and the front desk is staffed 24/7 to provide security and assist with resident requests. Maintenance responds quickly to repair issues. This is a very dog-friendly building.

I love the apartment, the community, the amenities, and the fantastic events at The Christopher! The staff is very friendly and meets you with a smile. The building is close to the Katy Trail (great if you like to run/go for walks), American Airlines Center, and Klyde Warren park.

As reported, I did have the wrong complex! This apartment community is downtown Dallas right in the heart of the west end. It's a spacious apartment, beautiful stainless steel appliances, open concept plan, and a huge bedroom. The community is monitored by video and must have key fob to enter. Great fitness center, and right downtown by all the hot happening spots. A family member lived in this lovely complex, and it's a great apartment, if you crave the life in the heart of the city. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Corrected.

Outside of the amazing location, the consistent events that they host in addition to all the amenities makes this a must move in.

Questions & Answers

What is the noise level in between apartments?

Not as much as most apartments. Granted it depends on your neighbor, but pretty private between apartments.

Since the Union opened Cedar Spring traffic /Parking has become a nightmare. It backs up onto Harry Hines, and the noise from The Henry and Taco Lingo is awful. Peace & quiet is not an option at the Christopher or The Gables across the street.

Thank you for your feedback Steve, we are hoping to see a decline on traffic congestion once our construction is complete and we have the new street lights active.
