One of the data management has a very smug attitude I currently stay here and they act like they can’t can’t really help out the tenants they stay here they send you hell a messages on the phone but if you go in office and ask for anything they act like they don’t have the time a day I went in today asking about the washing area and the lady told me that the machines are broke I walk right now here to see for myself and they have access Apple Watch and machines and dryers this is just one example of how they are misleading attitude was going on in this apartment complex that’s causing tenets to read things staying

i have been here 1 month ans still have had my issues fix in the apt . i have sent emails with fotos and been blocked . i have called everyday this week and nothing has been resolved. they habe changed 3 or 4 managers since I have been here. plumbing is a big issue here and bugs. these apt should be your last resort like it was for me!

i literally brought my payment to a kiesha that worked in the office as of April 15 and still haven't received my deposit back and i paid the deposit fee admin fee and they’ve been saying they were issuing a new check out since may its nearing the end of june this is flat out ridiculous !!

One of there staff members gave me the wrong information on what documents I need to get in I gave them my application fee my admission fee and deposit fee the day I was supposed to move in keisha said I need more documentation but those where the same documents I told the lady I didn’t have and she told me it was fine so I was supposed to get my admission fee and deposit back within 30 days it’s been way longer then 30 day every time I call back they tell me the same thing my family member recently passed and I need that money to put towards the funds but they are not trying to give me my hard working money back !!!
