KARLA is the property manager, and she should BE FIRED! They will NOT keep their word, they will NOT fix anything for you without CODE ENFORCEMENT getting involved, and they are NEVER available! There are ROACHES, RATS, COLLAPSING CEILINGS, BED BUGS, & NOW FLEES!! THIS PLACE IS A HAZARD!! Mold grows all over the walls and the ceiling, and doors keep falling from their hinges! And it stays like this for MONTHS!! Despite MULTIPLE "work orders".. I STILL live here, but I'm leaving today. I've had enough. I have a LAW SUIT pending against them, and THREE LAWYERS have told me I have a case. FLOOD CORPORATE WITH CALLS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! FLOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT WITH CALLS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
