Not the Florida Attorney General office. Instead "Criminal Affairs" desk staffed by clueless persons who could not find their way out of a wet paper sack. They do not know even the basics about the Florida Attorney General's office or basics of government organization or law. Spoke specifically to a Shiela and a Susan DePalma. Rude and lacking knowledge. Just quick to brush off. Poor communication skills and absolutely clueless.
