No job is too big for this company. They are small and have been in business many years which is why we chose to trust them with our job. Window treatments are something you live with for a while and you want them to be beautiful, functional and dependable. Our purchases from The Shade Factory have been just that. They are always available if by chance something goes wrong and they stand behind the products they sell. I have motorized Hunter Douglas shades and a motor broke on one. Five years later they simply ordered the replacement part and it's working as perfectly as it did from the start.
