Ordered a hose reel clip that I was only told was out of stock a month later. They upsold me on a more expensive clip that they actually had but I then decided the clip wasn’t worth it. Told them to cancel the order and they told me it was done. Couple days later I still received the expensive clip in the mail, had to pay to ship it back to get my money back and they refused to refund the FIFTEEN dollar shipping charge they had charged me initially. I’ve been in contact telling them I want to discuss a way to remedy this waste of my money and was told “I’ll talk to my manager”. Haven’t heard from them since. Their customer service is atrocious and their communication within their own company if definitely lacking. Be aware when ordering from this company.

I contacted spraywell to inform them that I never received my package but the tracking said delivered I went to the local post office and explain to them that the tracking said that the package have been delivered and I told them no one delivered a package someone was home which is my mother who's retired all day said that never was a package delivered at the house a representative at the post office called the carrier the carrier stated that he mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address and that he would retrieve the package the representative at the post office took my number down and stated that she would call me back that was on a Saturday never heard back from the post office returned there Monday the same lady that I spoke with went to the back to search for the package to see if the Carrie had brought it back carrier never brought the package back representative went ahead and called the carrier now the carrier says that he had delivered the package on the original day that the tracking said it was delivered. I called spray will explain to them what happened they said give them five days they will investigate what's going on they later send me an email stating that they will not be sending me a refund nor reshipping out the item because the post office said that the item was delivered and again I had explained to spray well what had taken place so until I get my package or my money back I'm going to write a review everyday
