I've lived in these apartments since 2019. We've had our moments, I can't lie. What I can say is, my stay has gotten better. The Maintenance guys are always so sweet. They come in fix or look at what needs their attention. I get a call before someone has to enter my home, I appreciate that. Today I locked myself out of my apt while sweeping my patio. I had to climb over the patio to walk to the office. The manager walked me to my apt to open the door. She looked at my driver's license and went on her way. We chatted on the way. I appreciate her.

The only reason I didn't give my apartment community five stars is because the washer and dryer location is always down in my area and the trash company they use for door service can never seem to pick up my trash. Other than that I absolutely love it here. The staff from the office to the maintenance workers are very professional and friendly. Karla is my favorite I would give her 20 stars if possible. She is very professional and always willing too help which they all do. When you need something fixed it is done immediately! They have many events that tenants can take part in from food trucks to online cooking and fitness classes. They also have events that the children can take part in. The property is nice and clean and the lawns are well manicured. Pets are allowed and people pick up after them.❤ There is a new manager and she seems to be real nice and understanding (I've only had one interaction with her and she fixed my problem instantly). The area has everything I need and is nice and clean ( as well as my apartmentcommunity). I've been here since 2019 and the only complaints I have other then the trash is the pool is always full of leaves (trees are in the immediate pool area which was a bad design move) and this amenity center (people who rent it on the weekend have no courtesy for others with the loud music playing sometimes up into five in the morning). I plan to renew my lease come April 2022.

Karla was immensely helpful when I called to inquire about availability. She was attentive to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She wasn’t pushy and she did not make the process feel rushed. I am still looking at properties in the area but am very confident that Karla’s amiable attitude and her ability to make my family and I feel special will be a heavy plus in favor of this complex. The complex isn’t new, it’s not luxury living but it’s nice and seems like it was built to last. The pool area was very nice and well maintained and the neighborhood seemed safe and vibrant.

I enjoyed the service that was provided to me and it really helped me narrow down what I was looking for. It seemed like a great place to live and I might be thinking of moving in one day. I much recommend talking to one of their associates Lesly for she was very helpful with offering me insight on the apartments.

No they are the worst
All i can honestly say is personally I've not had any inconsistent with Laura neither have I've observed any unprofessionalism from leasing agents.Often our frustration can effect our better judgement.I recommend you personally go speak with Laura and Janet.Having a one on one with the management can resolve any concerns.
