I lived here for a few years, and it had it's ups and downs. When I moved out I had over 1000 in fees, and I dumbly paid the entire thing. THEY STILL SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS lol. Look, just don't live here. The management company and staff swaps just make it a nightmare. There are plenty of more organized and just as affordable complexes in the area. If they correct my issue I'll remove this review so if this is still up take it as a warning so the same doesn't happen to you lovies xoxo

Poor response times. I expect a business to at least acknowledge an email before the end of the next business day. Or return a voicemail. Constantly having to follow-up. Biggest complaint right now is the "package delivery service." They used to have a package locker room, but no longer use it and are not forcing the tenants to use Fetch. I am now having all my packages sent to the Amazon lockers down the street at 7-Eleven. If you look at the reviews on Fetch Package, you'll see that this is an absolute cluster. I think it says a lot about Gateway East that they're enabling Fetch despite the obvious inconvenience and displeasure of their tenants. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. And I don't want to go into the office and have to basically repeat this entire review, which is probably what they'll suggest. If you write a review online, they say go into the office.

I took a tour of the property. Cushman Wakefield has been the management since Oct 21 and they are currently in the process of renovations. I was told that the renovations are expected to be completed next week. I don't understand why management decided to do the pool reno during the warm months when the pool is needed, but that's what's going on. I was told that the units on floor 2 and up have carpet in the living areas, which was a no for me, but I did see a model that only has carpet in the bedroom and there is laminate flooring in the living areas. The unit that I was interested in does come with an attached garage included, which is nice. There is also a "splash guard" on the tub which isn't the same as a stand-up shower, so I don't particular care for that. It seems like a nice place - depending on what you're looking for.

When touring these apartments, our expectations were exceeded with the complex, as well as our guide. Veronica was amazing and answered all of our questions! Though we didn’t get to tour the floor plan that we were interested in due to it being unavailable, she didn’t hesitate to show us a different one so we could see the interior and all of the amenities.The tour itself was very thorough, and we were pleased with the staff as well! We will definitely be considering these apartments when moving!
