My experience living at Crossings at olde Towne has taken a turn for the good thanks to Cliff Wilburn the maintenance/ service manager, he has been making sure everything runs smoothly, all my maintenance requests have been fulfilled rapidly and accurately! Everything gets fixed right away. I also want to give a special mention to the new Community Manager Marianne. She is a great asset to this place, she has taken care of all my requests professionally, with a warm and pleasing attitude and very diligently!

Cliff, Marianna and Jacoby are very professional and personable people. They work to ensure any/all issues are handled in a timely manor! Cliff (maintenance manager) is very knowledgeable as well. The building does have a roaches problem besides that, it is a comfortable place.

When I first viewed the property there were no 1 bedrooms available so Marianne had me get on the wait list. Within 1 week a unit became available I was ecstatic! Absolutely love my new home the units are big bright and airy with all the modern touches with great amenities. The staff is amazing from management to maintenence they quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. The location is a commuters dream with the Marc train righ here and multiple bus routes and minutes away from Shady Grove Station. The property is clean and quiet. Best part they are very pet Friendly ! I would definitely recommend!!

I applied and spoke with a Marianne (property manager). She had me complete the entire APPLICATION PROCESS only to NEVER contact me if I was approved or not. When I did email/call she just gave me the run around and kept saying another couple days only to never give me an answer even now and it’s been over a month of me dealing with them. Absolutely ridiculous!! HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Would not recommend AT ALL! Good luck somewhere else folks
