Definitely the office staff is not trained to serve the client, I have been arriving week after week and nobody helps me and the worst thing that they lost the check of My rent and now as they are charging me for not paying on time and I already went and they did not solve anything in the end they wash their hands with one and apart I have to pay something that is not fair

Okay, because i applied and it been more than 2 weeks and i haven't heard anything from then i called , email and no respond and i need to know ASAP!
Typically it takes 48-72 hours for new applications, as long as you have all of your documentation and complete the forms in their entirety. It also helps to alert your HR department or your supervisor that you are applying for an apartment and a verification of employment will need to be completed.
