October 5,2022 TRAUMATIZING!!! This is just the worst shipping company I’ve ever seen. I’m supposed to have my package yesterday but it didn’t arrived. They said that they will deliver it again this morning, but it didn’t arrived AGAIN. I called them to switch it for pick up because I really need to have that package today. After an hour, the customer service called me and said that everything is all set. They instructed me to go to the customer center at this address to pick it up. When I get there, the package was not there!!! They said it was still in the truck. I went home and after an hour I called the customer service again and they said I can come back to pick up the package. For the second time, I went there and they said the package IS STILL NOT THERE!!! They close at 6:00 but the supervisor said that she will make some adjustments, she asked me to come back around 7:00-7:30 to have the package. It was 6:00 that time so I decided not to go home and just wait in the parking lot. She promised me that she will give me a call but until 8:15, I didn’t receive any calls from her. I decided to just go home, and on our way home, she finally called me. I thought she already have my package, but surprise… SHE CANNOT FIND IT!!! I waited outside the parking lot for more than 2 hours to find out that my package is missing. GREAT JOB UPS!!! CONGRATULATIONS FOR BEONG THE WORST!!! You don’t deserve the 1 star. You don’t deserve any stars at all!!!! October 6, 2022 I finally got the package. A little advice for you guys: If you have other options, TRY NOT TO GET UPS as your shipping company. It’s just the worst. They even charged me 7.99 for this because I wanted to pick it up the same day. I wasted my time, money, and my gas for them. Unbelievable.

Was expecting a package yesterday but needed to sign, UPS makes it near impossible to do online (tried but no luck), can't call to do and then was told to pick up package but noy given location. Finally get it but they don't open till 12, glad they could tell me on the phone. WONT USE AGAIN

Im sure they will attempt to deliver again but if you choose to pick it up to not have any delays. Call them and tell you want to pick up
