GAC's representative Dustin Sensenig provided me with excellent customer service today. He came to my place to check my HVAC system and was on time. He was very prefiossional, courteous and took the time to answer all the questions I had regarding my system. I would absolutely recommend Dustin as your customer service representative next time you need to have your system check.

Do you do inspections and provide a better setup/design and estimate? I have a new HVAC installation that is not cooling/heating properly the whole house and my bills are way higher. thank you

GAC installed my system about 5 years ago. The system they reccomend was spot on. My house was cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter while my utility bill went down. The Bryant system is the best. They were excellent to work with and have a great maintenance contract to offer.

Just had a visit from a technician named Walter. Did a fantastic job! Hope to see him again.

What is best price for yearly maintenance for a senior an a fairly recently installed heat pump Lennox XP20. I am looking for a year to year best price (because of my age) not a 3 year contract.

I have a year to year agreement for gas furnace and ac. They are reasonable with 2 check ups a year included with filter replacement. My filters run around 60 to 80 if I went out and replaced them myself. Best to call them to get a price for heat pump. They have excellent service.

I have a NAVIEN Model NCB 240 heating system and need to have it serviced. Do you service these systems?

was wandering if the clear plastic tubethats alongside the others going into wall has to be connected to anything on unit. its just hanging there taped with others but not st the beginning

Hi Gloria, That is the condensate discharge tubing. It doesn't connect to anything but needs to be secured to the line so it can discharge water outside. Please let us know if you need service!
