What is best price for yearly maintenance for a senior an a fairly recently installed heat pump Lennox XP20. I am looking for a year to year best price (because of my age) not a 3 year contract.

I have a year to year agreement for gas furnace and ac. They are reasonable with 2 check ups a year included with filter replacement. My filters run around 60 to 80 if I went out and replaced them myself. Best to call them to get a price for heat pump. They have excellent service.
