Need to update their hours. Incorrect they do not open at 10 on Monday. People rely off of the hours you out on here so it is disappointing.

I would have given 5 stars based on the customer service alone because they were AMAZING. Too bad they didn't have my size in ANY of the 5 sweatshirts and t shirts I needed. When the inventory catches up to the staff service level it will be a great place to shop. Bummer....

Social distancing in the store. And a limit on people inside (I believe 10). With the layout of the store it was difficult to social distance.
Yes, we have gift cards that can be purchased online at https://www.zumiez.com/gift-cards.html. You have the chose between a physical gift card that will be shipped to you or you can have an e-gift card that is emailed to you within a couple hours.
