Came to the drive-thru at 01:40 and a recording played on repeat that the store was closed, come visit again. Being someone who works odd hours and not being able to get food 20mins before closing is UNACCEPTABLE!

The beans taste old and didn't get onions and tomatoes were just thrown on half...had to force myself to eat it it tasted so bad :/ and as I'm doing this the cook straight up YELLS at a customer who told her his order was wrong. Wow.

It's taco bell so you know what yo expect. Specifically this store is usually clean and maintained. They are open late so if you need a bite at midnight it's close to the only place open in Kent. There's usually a line around the building late at night but they are relatively efficient so you don't have to wait long. No staff have ever been rude to me here and I've had an acceptable experience everytime I've went.

I go to more taco bells than I probably should, and this one is the best. The tacos and burritos are actually full, service is friendly and prompt. The woman who works in the mornings is so kind and a pleasure to deal with.
