This is the third time in a row that they have screwed up my order. Now they won’t answer their phone, so we can fix this problem. I will not be going back to this place again. I have never had this many wrong orders from one place before.

I waited over 15 minutes with nobody inside the lobby and nobody in front of me in the Drive-Thru. All I ordered was in medium curly fry. Turns out it was a small. It also was just bits and pieces not one curl. The staff didn't seem to care at all that they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait that long. I will never come back to this location and be sure to let everyone know not to get stuck in the Drive-Thru

I ordered a signature roast beef sandwich. How is it that they were out of Arby's sauce? This also happened at the North Bend location. Wanted to cancel my order!

Seemingly short staffed. Going into the establishment we were not acknowledged/greeted and did not have our order taken for upwards of 8 minutes. When our food was ready, our number wasn't called/we weren't made aware so it sat on the counter for a while. I also wish they would have included sauce with our mozzarella sticks but maybe we had to ask for it (normally I go through the Arby's drive thru so I don't know if their practices are different). The food we got was good and I appreciate the staff for working, but I'm not sure if I would go back to this location unless I was going through the drive thru, it seems like those orders are heavily prioritized over indoor orders.

Im not sure however when I went and picked up there I'm pretty they were highschool kids on shift
