Prompt for appointments, can usually get scheduled within a week or so, same or next day is available for high risk / emergency cases. Doctor is knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions. Pricing is fair compared to some of the bigger clinics. Do keep in mind the lobby is very small, I usually run over to Trader Joe's or run some errands nearby after dropping off my cat. If you haven't checked it out yet, Cream just opened in the same shopping center and they have amazing ice cream flavors.

Don’t let the small, plain interior when you walk into this vet turn you away. My cat had bladder stones and turns out quite a bit of damage to her organs from them. I called 10 different vets for an estimate for cost of surgery before I called this one and immediately took my cat there. I spoke to the doctor, he told me the price which was similar to other vets, and told me to get here right away. He treated my cat like he would a pet of his own. She had to stay extra days to recover and I was not charged extra. Amazing place and very trustworthy! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment about a month ago and just now called to get info on their location a couple weeks ahead of time and to confirm the appointment in general. Good thing! They said they didn’t have an appointment for me. 👍🏼 Only waited a month for this appointment that they failed to schedule. Appointment was for the 24th. Rude customer service on top! 0 help she just repeatedly told me I called the place across the street. The clinic across the street isn’t in my recent calls. This one is.
