On god I never even leave Food reviews there is a girl with orange hair white female, I usually come at night time because y’all the only place open but foreal you guys always be messing up my order like bro how hard is it to work there how hard it to put syrup with French toast sticks my order literally been messed up 4 times it’s not rocket science, Some people just have no common sense or respect if you don’t want to work there and can’t even do a simple job DONT WOR THERE DAMN, Especially when using my Hard earned worked money for a meal that’s messed up get your sht together jack in the box.

I like the food from Jack, mainly the shakes and sides (taco, egg rolls, ect.) But what i cannot stand is attitudes from the employees. Not sure who the "gentleman" was working on 8/6 @ 4:45pm was, but his attitude at the speaker, especially when I questioned something that appeared on the order screen, was enough for me to comment in person to him about his attitude and leave without my food. What is it with the work ethics of people today??

The fried food looks disgusting like the oil is really old. I ate 1 of my egg rolls and my stomach hurts. This is not the first time the food cooked in their deep fryers looked too dark and tasted bad. But this is barely edible.

If you come here in the evening or late night, you will wait at minimum 45 minutes to get through the drive through. It takes them on average about 10-15 minutes per car. There’s no excuse for that. Hire more efficient workers and fire the current night manager.

Hi. This location is always short staffed and has had multiple incidents of people throwing food and being aggressive to the workers. They cut the operation hours when there is shortages.
