Attention President/Vice President/CEO of Plato’s. I honestly must say that I have never been happier nor more delighted in my entire life to write such a lovely email. I was at your location this evening and am very pleased to inform you that the (3) young ladies that helped me by the names of Carri, Kirstin & Ashley have truly got to be the most professional as well as pleasant individuals of whom I’ve been have ever met in my entire being of going into a retail store. Each one of these young ladies were very willing & happy to help me as I walked in as each of them greeted me with a warm hello and a wonderful smile on their face. The entire time of which I was shopping if I had any questions whatsoever, they didn’t make it seem as though I was bothering them etc. Each one of these young ladies not only take their job seriously, however, it’s quite obvious that they love what they are doing! Platos Closest should feel blessed as well as honored to have such fine employees as these three young ladies. They are a great representation for Plato‘s Closet. They are wonderful asset for your business to have & Plato’s Closet should feel truly honored to have such fine young ladies working & representing your business. I have never in all of my years of living (58) years walked into a retail store and was greeted by such professional, caring and genuine young ladies very willing as well as eager to help. . Take good care of these girls because they are truly a great & magnificent asset to Plato’s Closet. Many companies would love to have such nice young ladies who have such a professional mannerism! It is obvious clearly that they care not only about the customers, however, Plato’s Closet as well. These (3) young ladies set a great precedence for Plato’s. It was a true pleasure as well as delight meeting each one of them! They truly left a wonderful impression on my heart. It would be my pleasure to go & shop at this location of Plato’s Closet again whenever they are working! Thank you as I wish you much success as well as blessings in abundance!

I certainly won't be back after yesterday smh I've been here twice smh first time was for a pair of brand new in the box Nike vapormax and a matching Fanny pack I was offered $12 and both were brand new smh my things are always trendy in season clothing in new and next to new condition I know is worth more then they say it is smh especially when my items were within the guidelines for sale stated on their website smh twice I was given extremely low prices that were actually insulting smh I was also never texted for pick up the second time smh I had to call them smh only to be told people weren't getting texts smh if that was really the case I feel like they should have called customers as they were finished assessing their things smh I wasn't looking for top dollar but not pennies either smh my things are well taken care of and next to new so I don't get what the problem was smh and to be honest my things looked newer and in better condition then some of the things I saw on the racks that had a stain here a rip there and just used looking overall smh don't waste your time or gas smh

a lot of the things are overpriced especially shein. 12 for a cheap shein shirt lol. People would buy more if they didn’t make everything 10+. They make excuses for not taking things that look better than half of the things i see out on the floor.

Can I rate a 0? This place is a joke. I bring in clothes from various manufacturers-and they never buy any of it. I’m talking items never worn with tags, designer or cheap from online or name brand. Then what they offer is pennies for the random stuff they take. Save the trip and just give your clothes to donation.
