Willow Grove Post Office needs additional staff working the counter. There was a line out of the door, yet there was only one employee assisting customers. I waited approximately 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. The service I received was mediocre and not exactly professional. The location was clean. I’d rather go to another post office.

At Willow Grove post office it is 9-2 Mon.thru Fri. All day for renewals over sixteen on last passport. We close at 4.
Yes you can. I brought my form and my wife's form, and they helped to check it and mail the forms. Make sure to bring your old passports. The new passports will come in the mail and the old ones will be mailed separately
