This is the worst experience living anywhere, I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly unsafe, No maintenance or management for months, HNN relations (higher ups) do not respond, the office barley responds and never knows what’s going on. I moved here in August and since then it’s has been harassing neighbors, theft, stalking, broken tub faucets, broken washer, filthy complex, mold and I can go on! The worst issue is that according to my new lawyer and other residents, the previous tenant in my apartment apparently used to do meth here, and sell. She also overdosed and died in my unit. THE LANDLORD DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO US WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE. We have been watched and had our cameras stolen multiple times along with being robbed out front of my unit by tweakers who stole my truck, phone, wallet and very expensive work things! Cops got fingerprints thank goodness but I still haven’t received anything from Park Place. No surveillance due to “cameras not working ever”. So not only have we been robbed multiple times, not aware of previous death in our unit, dirty complex, broken washer so we can do clothes, but the response is ridiculous!!!! These issues have been continuously reported and no solutions.

I have been very hesitant to leave a review but after non stop situations living here since 2019 to now still present things around here aren't any better since move in for us! I'd like to say if your in a bad situation financially living here would be worth it. But if you could afford the extra $300 to rent somewhere else I would definitely do so. This complex is full of children who are unaccompanied by adult supervision children under 14 and allowed to run around freely. At times behavioral incidents have happened to frequently and Little is resolved to make it stop! personal property is tampered with by property children. Property management doesn't follow up on Major issues, units aren't fully remodeled like advertised. Some people have made the kindest of people around here into monsters! They hit the breaking point! Since Covid 19 things around Park place apartments has been getting worse. We all know apartment life isn't the easy however when it comes to safety and housekeeping issues non stop and never really settled the right way you can't help but wonder why?? I'm Looking forward to the new year and the possiblity of saying good bye to a hostile living place at Park place an environment that is not a peaceful quiet one or one that has provided me and family a great living experience! Do better! Be better! "Life isn't better here"
