Was very annoyed. My wife came here to put some air in her tires, but it turns out the machine was broken and instead it removed all of the air from her tire and left her stranded there with a flat. The worst part? They knew the machine was broken and had been doing this for three days! They didn't have a sign or anything.

Never had to wait before at the Kent location. I understand the cashier may have needed a bathroom break. The sign mentioned 'Be back momentarily" which was well over 10 minutes. Today, same thing in Renton on 2nd. The wait was almost 15 minutes. The cashier didn't greet me or smile. Kept a irritated look on her face
