The never finish in time. If you don’t stand over them they run other cars in front of yours. I have set 3 appointments to be the first one of the day and somehow when I return to pick up my truck they are still working on a car/truck that came in after me. This has happened every single time. I have to get people to take time off to pick me up and drop me off just to find out that because I schedule it appropriately they decided to push off my truck and take someone else instead. It’s rude and disrespectful. So now I have to find another way to get to and from the shop again.

Waited an hour and half past my appointment time, only to find out they won’t do wheel alignments on BMWs with steering headlights. Most all BMWs have steering headlights now these days. They should have mentioned it when I called in to make an appointment. Train your workers Les Schwab.

They did a very professional job. I also bought snow chains and the dude, I think he was the manager, showed me how to attach them. Very helpful.

Slow leak in one tire. No communication about what was wrong with the tire while I waited 1 1/2 hours. Tire re-installed, guy came back in. No communication again. I had to prompt him to get a response about what problem he found. He then told me I needed 4 new tires. I asked if he had checked the treads for wear. He said NO. WTH? Finally back in my car. Tire sensor is now showing that he has over-inflated the repaired tire to 41 psi (max is 36!) Again, what the hell? Never seen a group of employees move around like a bunch of snails. GONE are the good old days of customer service at Les Schwab. THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. WON'T RETURN.

I spent about $450ish for 4 brand new, not bottom quality, but one step up from the cheapest. I would suggest giving the location you plan on going to a call directly to see what they even have in stock because they may need to order them if it's not a very common sized tire. 😀
