I have been here since Ethos opened, since before we had mailboxes. Even back then the staff was amazing, despite having so much to do. I have now been here over 2.5 years. I love to walk the Green River Trail or just up and down Meeker Street. It's a great location for commuters, with easy access to freeways. It is close to groceries, gas, Kent Station, restaurants, and a golf course literally across the street! There is a sushi place and a cool Boba Tea/coffee/goodies place on-site. I love the amenities, the gym, there is an outdoor pool for the summer, and I haven't even talked about the apartment yet! I have one of the biggest ones and I love the space, the layout, and the very responsive staff if I ever need anything. It truly feels like home and I am always happy and contented to return here from wherever I may go. Awesome place to live!

Ethos community is a beautiful place to live and on top of that it is run by phenomenal people. Specifically two incredible leasing agents Tami and Pricilla. Please if you are considering living here I highly recommend you go to either of these two ladies to lease your new home. I've lived here for over a year now and they have been so diligent in fixing any small hiccups that arise. My current process of transferring apartments within the community has been flawless. The people here care about your experience and want you to be happy with your home! I'd also like to share my appreciation for the grounds keeper that works her tail off and keeps this giant community looking gorgeous! Move here if you want your concerns, questions, and quality of life to be taken seriously. Thank you Tami and Pricilla for being phenomenal and going above and beyond to ensure I'm in a happy home :)

My husband and I moved in over the weekend after spending 26 years in our home. Christyn and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs and concerns were met. What an awesome team. Shout out to Chris (maintenance) who came to the flat to turn the water on to the washing machine. I think we’re going to enjoy our stay here. The apartments are beautiful!

As the first tenants in a new development, it was mind-boggling to see such poor construction throughout the apartment - giant hole in the kitchen island cabinetry, sharp screw sticking out of the wall, unfinished cabinetry in the bathrooms, chip on the bathtub, and the list goes on. We moved in July 9th and asked about getting the damages fixed. It's nearly a month later and nothing has changed. The insulation between floors is horrendous. The first floor tenant can hear the kids/dog stomping above us on the third floor. We can hear the cell phone vibrate from the upstairs neighbors. While the management is nice, things do move very slowly around here..both email inquiries and maintenance requests. We placed a maintenance ticket for our dryer last week (has never been used once), had someone call to tell us they would come two days later but they never showed up. The parking here is a hot mess, with most cars having to get creative. It looks nice at face value, but we would rent elsewhere if we had the chance.
