Absoutley poor customer service !! i have consistently experienced cold and rude behavior from the staff , they just dont bother to take time to resolve any issue. I subscribed for their service last Aug, and after having delivery issues consistently, I decided to give them a call. The staff didnt bother to even acknowledge what i said and they plainly didnt care whether we are happy with their service. So I decided to cancel the subscription. Come this July, I thought I will give another try, hoping the staff would have changed and that I felt it would better to receive fresh milk at the doorstep but i was proved wrong again this time. I received the same horrible service this time. I received the delivery the first week i signed up and due to some payment issues my delivery was cancelled the last 2 weeks. I was not notified about this via email or call. Even when i tried logging into my account on their website, the website never prompted me to update my payment info. so, I never knew what the issue was. So, I decided to call them up, the lady who spoke toi me over the phone was so cold and rude and unapologetic, she kept telling me it was my fault that i hadnt updated my payment info. I told her i wasnt aware of it. She said their calls were unanswered but i am pretty sure i never received any calls from them nor any email. There is a big bug in their system and they dont want to accept or acknowledge the fact that customers are having trouble because of this. So i decided to cancel their service and called back again. The lady who spoke did not even ask me the reason for cancellation. She took my info and cancelled my subscrition right away. Looks like this business is least bothered about giving good service. I was so shocked that when they dont ask the customer the reason for cancelling the service , it refelcts their business ethics. They clearly think too highly of themselves. I am so glad am not giving any business to this company anymore.

Account was cancelled. They removed my box without notification. When I signed up years ago there was no requirement on how I purchased my items. Now it seems I have to purchase weekly. I called and spoke to someone weeks ago and they said my account would remain active. Lies!!! Service was cancelled. No notification that my Smith Brother's box was being removed. Even took my thermal regulation bag that in the box and threw my daughter's teddy bear on the nasty floor. I will never again use them. Poor customer service skills and just rude to remove my box without even notifying me.

Hi Denise. We offer free delivery for orders over $10. There's no contract or subscription. There are no annual or other "hidden" fees. You only pay for what you order (unless your order is less than $10...and with so much great stuff to choose from, why would it ever be less than $10??!). Hi, We sold our dairy farm in 2006. All of our milk is sourced from local, Pacific Northwest dairy farms. We have developed relationships with some of the finest, most skilled dairy farmers in our region, who adhere to strict standards for land use, animal care and quality.
Hi Christine. Unfortunately, this snow storm kept many milkmen from making deliveries today. Of course, you will not be charged and we will look forward to seeing you next week. Our delivery service is the traditional "milkman route". That means that your milkman is in your community 1 day a week, and then in another community the rest of the week. So, we are not able to reschedule missed deliveries, as the milkmen are fully booked each day. We appreciate your understanding. These snow days are very rare...fingers crossed that we get back to passable roads very soon!
It sounds like you might have skip set up or are on an every-other-week schedule. At this time, you cannot update your standing order if your next delivery is skipped. We're working on fixing this. In the meantime, I would suggest you set a calendar reminder to manage your standing order when your next delivery is no "skipped". Thank you for your patience with this issue!

Hi, Our service is most beneficial when ordering products you consume every week like milk, eggs, butter, baked goods, etc. If you only need a 1/2 gallon of acidophilus every other week, our service probably isn't the best fit for you.

Hi Marie - if you check their website you can see all their products without signing up for services. Click "shop our products" then "Milk & Cream". I'm not sure what you mean by ice milk, but it's always cold when I receive normal dairy milk or any other cold products.
