DELIVERY is the concept right? Mom had a heart attack recently so she ordered the prepared Thanksgiving Day meal (for four) well in advance. She was notified a day or two in advance of delivery that the price was reduced.....ok great. After it was delivered we found the rolls and pumpkin pie were missing. After checking the website, those items were listed as SOLD OUT. Giant cs offered a discount but we didnt want a discount---'we wanted to not have sick ppl running around in dirty crowded grocery stores (yes giant your stores have become grubby) We ordered early so what gives???!!!?? Oh .....when I ran out last minute to our crowded Giant, there were plenty of rolls......and pies..... So again .....what gives with the lack of service in this premium service??
