We've used Giant Direct pickup for 2 years, even before the pandemic, to help manage life with multiple kids. Excellent service. Everyone is very helpful, respectful and nice to our family. The 1 or 2 minor issues in 2 years were rectified with minimal hassle. Special nod to John, who we see regularly, and the whole team. 😀

Signed up for delivery. It put in a store 20 miles away then would not let me change it. Created a second account, got the right store. Try to search simple ground beef, and it shows up 2 types only of beef but ours ground ginger, taco seasoning etc in the list. Not user friendly at all.

Gave me 2 bags of mold filled shredded Parmesan cheese. Both bags date 9/19 so why is your cheese full of mold??
