Security guards are very unpleasant (especially at pipe lot)..Enforcing covid19 questionnaire like it's the constitution, but contradict themselves by not wearing face coverings when dealing with customers. Respond rudely when confronted.

It's an auto auction for dealers. Public can't go in and bid or purchase a car.

I appreciate any advice. I am poor & unemployed but I need a vehicle. My 1990 Chevy Cavalier is on the fritz. Is this a place where someone like me can bid on a car & pay in cash up front? How does the system work? Thanks, Rebekah

If memory serves, you need an office, parking for 2 vehicles, a locking file cabinet, and then you apply for a dealers permit.
