After a less than stellar design visit at another retailer, we came in a worked with Jordan to build our perfect kitchen. He was patient, courteous, and thorough in answering all our questions and getting everything we wanted. Definitely a much better experience than the other place, and we are looking forward to completing the install and having a kitchen ready to cook in! Will be coming back to design our closet next!

This review is entirely on the installers that were recommended by Cabinets to Go, we got the Floor Doctors Ryan Galbreath. These guys are unprofessional they don’t know what they’re doing they made tons of mistakes I’ve had to go through and put the right size screws and all my slides for the pantry drawers that were falling out and crooked, I am just absolutely furious. I thought hey let’s have a professional install them this time, I’ve always installed them myself & done a much better job, big mistake using them. Unless you know the quality of the install company and their finish carpentry skills beware.

Jordan helped us with our order, he was great to work with, very pleasant. We had a little mishap in that one of our cabinets was the wrong size, went back and they took care of it no problem.

We are doing a home remodel and are in the market for some cabinets. We swung by Cabinets to Go in Kent and were assisted by Jordan. Jordan was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable. He helped us come up with a design that was very nice, affordable and functional. We haven't placed an order yet but we wanted to give a shout out to Jordan for the excellent customer service.
