I previously went with DEAR Services for a high efficiency furnace install in 2020. Not only was the overall work done well, there was a condensate modification that needed to be made after upgrading to a more substantial air filtration setup; the modification was done free of charge. Cut to July 2022 and I chose DEAR Services for an AC install, mostly because of how personable Robin was in talking me through the options and install process. If you choose DEAR Services, which I highly recommend you do for any heating/cooling needs, seek out Robin. She will make you feel like you are their only customer. I should mention they were able to get me in for next day service because I'm a repeat customer. 5 Stars (would choose 10/10 if that were an option). Thank you, Robin!

Dear Services met all of my hvac needs. My furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called Dear Services, and spoke with the rep Denise, who scheduled an appointment, and they came out the same day, found the issue. It took a couple days for the part to come in, and they communicated with me each step of the way. I really appreciate their great customer service and professionalism. The tech was knowledgeable and educated me on what was going on. I would recommend Dear Services to EVERYONE!

Santos arrived in freezing Conditions with a great attitude and professional. He was honest and let me know I had an extra valve I could shut off to take care of the problem of a burst pipe and still keep my house water running smooth. I requested all the pipes replaced and he did so the same day. The office representatives are very hospitable. They do go through the process and follow up as well as stay in contact if you are waiting. The other plumbing services were one week out to get to me, including my own plumber. Denise in the office was very helpful getting my receipt to me. Only Con- a more detailed receipt for records for the job done. Why? Because the details help us to get reimbursed. Insurance etc. Everything today is expensive so I won’t get into price. You get what you pay for and there are always options. Knowing this work has a warranty makes me sleep well for the price paid. I really appreciate you all working in this weather and being so positive! Great Job!
