The male representative in the front seemed nice but then was very rude when my mom was picking out the frame she wanted. He was very snarky and seemed to have a attitude when asked a question. He was very unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. He needs to be fired.

Dr. Jones is a phenomenal eye doctor. I have dealt with specialists (due to an unusual eye condition that I've had since childhood) and he was as knowledgeable as anyone I've ever worked with. Don't let the fact that the business is a little bit informal throw you off. He is extremely personable and a top notch doctor, and provides shockingly affordable eye care. The office is friendly, and a bit small, but all this just makes for a stalwart neighborhood business, rather than a profit-oriented commercial medical facility. Pass the word!
