This place has gud deals... but This a pretty old appartment. it need further more improvements like maintaining the swimming pool and get ridding the roaches. They are having a new manger who is promptly acting in time. They didn't have Gym and Guest parking.

I have lived here for the past 3 years I am sad to leave as this place was a great deal. Maintenance addressed all of my issues promptly and the manager was very nice. Hopefully my work transfers me back in the area as I will truely miss this place.

It features a fully equipped spacious kitchen including all new appliances and flooring throughout, large living room, dining room with ceiling fan, huge master bedroom and a huge private patio! This lovely unit is completely remodeled and provides central heating & A/C, lots of cabinets and storage and assigned parking. Rent is $1900 per month with a year lease or $1950 for 6 months. Deposit is $700 & credit checks are $35 each. Utilities are shared: We pay the gas & trash. You pay the electric, water and cable. Our quiet community features outstanding landscape with lush green grass, lots of trees and plants in a tranquil, park-like setting. We have 2 laundry centers (new machines!) on site for your convenience and a sparkling pool for lounging and new Barbeques. So peaceful! *Prices are subject to change
Not at all.. u can go for a better appartment which has gym , indoor laundry. Dont waste your money n time
