My family has been seeing Dr. Obeng for several years and every time we unfortunately need to take a trip to him, we come out feeling so much better. Dr. Obeng is a kindhearted and knowledgeable doctor that only ever puts his patients well-being before anything else. He makes you feel like family. The girls at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

The health of his patients is what matters most to him, even if your appointment is delayed, he always answers all your questions, never leaves you with any doubts. Without a doubt the best doctor and office, the nurses as well as the receptionists are very kind and treat us like family.

I reporting this Medical Practice to the Board, specifically the office workers. I’ll start off by saying Charlotte NC healthcare seems to demonstrate, lackadaisical approach To and for the patients needs. Starting from the Doctors all the way down to the administrative office, and “Alpha Medical “has embodied this unfortunate tone. Having been in the Medical field for some yrs myself, I appreciate health information that may be new and that I can learn from. That being said you better off seeing the vet and getting a proper diagnosis then coming to this office . From the Feb until date, I have been misdiagnosed multiple times, still haven’t received my test results that I took almost a month ago, you only get to talk to the “Doctor “ if you pay $3 dollars. Having gone to the emergency room at least 4 to 5 times to get help because talking to “Dr Obeng”, at “Alpha “is useless. I believe the people that are born and raised here consider the Medical routine that theses doctors demonstrate “run around “ to actually mean something is being done and that the doctor is doing there best to help, it sad. The office workers ( front desk) and staff nurse( Tricia) are “Ghetto , young and unknowledgeable “. Please if you care about your health and your loved ones go to another office. As for Charles Duro or whom ever runs the office, do the professional thing and contact me directly through phone or email, not on a Google review. Thank you!
