I am so grateful for Erika Slaughter. She is one of the managers at Pinnacle on the Park. Erika has made this move in process so smooth and easy. She is so helpful and follows up with you when contacted in a timely manner. I’m very thankful to have been able to work directly with Erika regarding my move-in. Customer service is of the utmost importance and Erika has taken great care of me as a new resident. I hope all the residents and future residents are able to work with Erika or those staff members that are as kind and attentive as Erika is.

Me and my boyfriend, Devin, toured a one bedroom apartment today. Our leasing consultant was Erika Slaughter. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and having us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and requesting her when touring.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Broke my lease on the day I was supposed to move in because they didn't tell me to bring a cashier's check that day and wouldn't let me move my stuff in. The manager, Andie, had no empathy and clearly did not care at all about my situation. I spent $1,000 on movers and storage and my $250 deposit (don't regret it though that's how bad it is). Aside from that there are homeless everywhere, you have to wash undergarments in bags because they frequently get caught in the pipes, and it took them over 3 weeks to even approve my completed application. After begging Andie to let me move in, I was contemplating the decision to break my lease in the lobby when the security guard came over and said 'Don't live here.' So, I broke my lease and it was the best decision I ever made. Andie is actually the rudest and most heartless human being I have ever met...and she's the manager. Goodluck to anyone who actually moves in, you'll need it.
