The maintenance staff is amazing - when we moved in both toilets were broken and had to be completely replaced No one, including Maribel, in the leasing office can or will help you with anything. The tennis courts are permanently closed > they are listed as an amenity in our lease. The pools are nice and the gym is ok.

My husband and I have lived here two years already and we love it. When we first moved in I was a little hesitant based off of many negative reviews I saw online, but we’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Yes, there have been a few neighbors that have a problem picking up after their dogs, but unfortunately you’ll get that anywhere and it’s not the managements fault. That being said, most of our neighbors have been great. We love the outdoor space this apartment provides which has been one of our main reasons for staying here and I could not imagine living in a stuffy apartment building again.

I moved into Mariners Cove Apartments two weeks ago, and it has been a rocky start. About 2-3 weeks prior to my move-in date, they asked me if I would be able to push my move-in date back two weeks. This put me in a panic, as my landlord had already given us a hard move-out date, that could not be changed. Mariners Cove sent me this email 20 minutes before they closed, so I had to anxiously wait to hear from them the next day. Luckily they kept my move-in date the same. Fast-forward to move-in day, by the time I had arrived with my stuff and movers, the office had closed. My "Smart Home" electronic lock was not working at all. I was able to get in because the leasing office left the door open, but I could not lock my front door if I wanted to leave. And I HAD to leave to pick up my dogs and some last few items from my previous apartment. And I was not about to leave all my boxed up stuff in a new, unlocked apartment. Management acknowledged that the lock was not working and sent me a text about it earlier in the day, but they did nothing to fix it. I had to call the emergency maintenance line to get someone to come out and fix it before I could leave. Upon moving in, we noticed that our second bedroom window was sealed shut, preventing us from getting some much needed fresh air in the room. It is the middle of the summer, and we are on the second floor. We need to be able to open our windows. Our garbage disposal also did not work. I reported this with my move-in inspection paperwork, and I STILL have yet to hear from anyone about it. Its been over a week and I am frustrated. My fiancee and I made this move as an improvement/upgrade from our prior apartment, and so far the management has been really disappointing. The grounds and amenities are great. Our apartment itself was nice and clean. But having these major issues so early on is a cause for concern. You would think with how much we pay in rent, management and maintenance would be more attentive and responsive.

I recently renewed my lease for another 2 years. I have a gorgeous view and can watch birds coming into the adjoining Formosa Slough. My neighbors are all so friendly. We had a large pot luck Sunday Funday last Sunday to celebrate all of us getting vaccines. The maintenance staff is fantastic - Steve checks the online service requests throughout the day and takes care of anything I need very quickly. He and the other guys are great!

Neighbors have been decent but there's NEVER parking after 7pm and even though you're paying for it you have to park a mile away unless you pay even more for an assigned spot... the management could care less about their tenants, it's really sad because it has so much potential to be an amazing community but that's ruined by management.
