Great staff especially manager Vania and Michelle but the construction going on is unbearable and the noise is interfering with my job. Even my poor dog has been terrified and chewed the carpet today. I wish I knew that was going to be happening (construction) not to move in here back in May. It’s impossible to work from home. However, the leasing office staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I am worried now about the damage of the floor caused by my terrified dog as it would not have happened if that noise and banging were not as bad. Called the office today and asked how I can repair myself this but they shut me down that they will do that which probably will cost me a lot… although I feel I should not be even paying a dime for rent or repair living in such terrible conditions and not being able to do my job.

Honestly this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They have not helped whatsoever during this pandemic and are still charging us monthly for amenities that we are not able to use. The staff seems nice at first but it's all an act. They never actually follow through with anything, they do not follow up or contact the manager about anything, and they do that fake smile with an attitude service. No problems have ever been resolved. People smoke here so much we can't have our windows open, the dog park is filthy, the landscaping consists of only mowing the lawn. Next to our window is just dirt where dogs pee all day long. Dogs are constantly fighting here and owners have no control of their animals.

$2206 rent to stare at a dumpster over flowing with “renovation” refuge (sofas?). I have pics. They allow dumping on their property. The worst building we have ever lived in. No sound proofing. Lots of spiders. The most over-priced apartments in the area. The entire complex was built poorly in the 80’s. Attempt at renovation does not change small floor plans that lack light. The materials they used are cheap and improperly maintained. You will get depressed living here. You pay for the gym and pool and the nice office that the employees work in. Cars have been vandalized and staircases near collapse. Thankful to be leaving!

I love living here. I have been here for about 1 month. All of the staff is amazing. I needed doorknobs changed because my two year old kept trying to escape, and there were no safety locks for the doorknobs they had. He had the deadbolt figured out in a second. Within an hour someone was at my apartment changing the door knobs. The view from the place is amazing. The pool area is well kept up and has a great relaxing view of the mountain. Plus the gym has everything you need. Finally, the rec room is a really nice addition to be able to rent out. Regina is the person I have probably worked with the most and she is always making herself available and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable. The whole team is great though! On Easter they organized an Easter egg hunt for the kids. This was a great way to get all the kids together. My son absolutely loved it! It was his first egg hunt, and he loved it! :)
