Awful customer service. Extremely rude, spoke down to me and did not let me speak. I asked a simple question about applications and she steamrolled over me. And laughed at us. Just awful terrible service. I can’t believe these people care for elderly people.

I am pretty sure that there is a waiting list, but apply to get on the list.

I visited this facility two years ago. I requested entry on the waiting list. Is the entry still in effect.
