I lived here in Feb 2020 with my buddy. We were both veterans. The only problem is street parking gets full by like 1pm. Other than that, everything is closed by gym restaurants college home depot target. Mostly everyone keeps to their own, the pool at that time had a schedule and had to be reserved because of covid. Other than that my buddy said someone used to fold his laundry when he would forget to pick it up from the laundry room. We did get complains because my buddy got a puppy and it did bark a lot. Security is very good. Not everyone just comes in. You can use a code or the electronic key to get it. There's a front and rear gate and it's pretty quiet. I used to walk the pup at night and no issues. But Zoe isgreat! Very communicative and attentive. Any repairs or needs she's very helpful. Had a good time living here. We moved because we got ourselves in probation and we finished it and decided to move and live. I would definitely recommend it for the price and the location. One neighbor needs therapy to know boundaries because not everything works his way but other than that, it's a good place. (F2, He complained too much)

My family lived at the Gardens for over a year and a half. We had a wonderful experience here. This aparment is the best one I have lived in. Zoe and her husband Vladimir were always so helpful and friendly, and provided excellent management service. The townhouse with a lovely patio is the perfect type for our family with a child. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Everyone parked their car in their own lot suitably. I highly recommend this townhouse apartment and so sad we had to move out because of changing my jobs.

My husband and I lived at the Gardens for over 2 years and had an amazing experience! Zoe and her husband Vladimir were always so helpful and friendly. The townhouse was renovated before we moved in and felt much larger than it was. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful. The grounds were always impeccably kept thanks to the awesome property management of Zoe and Vlad. I highly recommend this apartment complex and so sad we had to move out when we moved cross country!

My husband and I had an amazing year living at the Gardens Apartments! From the first day we got there, Zoe and Vladimir made us feel so welcomed. They are so professional and it's sweet to have a married couple managing the compound. If you have any questions, they're always quick to respond and their door is always open. They completely remodeled the complex and it's beautiful and modern. The layouts of the apartments are so open that it makes your home feel much larger than it actually is. All the appliances are upgraded, they have huge patios and the grounds are always clean. They do an awesome job at keeping the landscape up and the pool area clean. (I must add that there are a few cute cats that live in the residence too!) We NEVER had issues with our mail or packages being stolen, which iks a miracle. It feels so safe and is a really quiet area and that's wild, considering that it's right by Balboa Ave. You can walk to Target and nearby stores and also go on runs in the neighborhood behind the complex. We always felt super safe! Hands down, we give Zoe and the complex 10/10! I wish we didn't have to move down south but we'll forever cherish our time there. (By the way- it's really affordable considering all the upgrades you get!) Move here!!!
