Absolutely the most horrible place I have ever been! I wouldn't even send my worst nightmare here! Paint peeling off the walls, the place smells terrible, broken furniture in rooms, black floors that are supposed to be white... now on to the staffs attitude. Nobody seems like they want to be there. No one is taking proper care of the residents. My mother in law had to sit in her bowl movement for 12 hours before being changed, causing her skin to breakdown. No dressing was applied to her wounds causing them to be open and bleeding. She asked several times to be taken to activities, which never happened. I stayed to help with lunch one day and no plate was ever even brought to her room!

This place is horrible!! Sheets up on the windows instead of blinds!! I’ve never ever!! Staff are terrible ignorant!!

It's very hard to make the decision to place your loved one in a skilled care facility. A lot of what you fear came true at this facility. Stolen/lost/broken personal items, broke emergency call buttons, huge turnover with staff, lost payments, no follow up and general bad care. We transferred our love one as soon as possible. We thought we had finally found someone who acted like they cared with the Regional Manager, Mr. Smitty. We have been waiting months for a resolution on stolen and broken items. Months and now he flat out refuses to communicate. Next step is BBB.
