They called us this morning about a quote we asked for and the individual that called us was rude. He even hung up while I’m asking a question. Just the way the call was handled and the customer service received this morning was not okay.

I had my truck shipped from alaska to Washington. The price was great and the truck was in transport for about 14 days. They were easy to communicate with and I would use them again. My truck is lifted on wider tires and two of the rims were damaged in the transport. While I knew this was a risk I wish there would have been another option even if more expensive to ship it without them being damaged. Granted I did not ask about another option I was also not informed with the truck being wider this would be an issue. But I don’t really blame them. This was a last minute shipment and for the price I can’t complain. Even after paying for the rim repairs I believe they still came in under the other shipping company’s quotes. All in all it was an great experience. I will note to make sure you car is clean and washed especially in the winter. I showed up early morning in the dark just after a snow fall so the photos for coverage/claims purposes weren’t the best. I would recommend getting up early for a car wash before dropping your vehicle off.

I shipped my car in August from Anchorage to Kent and AK Auto Transport did not disappoint. I have recommended them to friends and will, if ever need be, use them again! I was worried about potential damage of my car and transport, and they did such a great job from inspecting my car prior and then doing another in person inspection after I received it back. When I picked up my car in Kent the owner (can't remember her name) was so nice and on top of everything, she even gave me a picture of a Moose to remember Alaska :)) The whole process was so easy and painless, Thank you Alaska Auto Transport!!! The price was also the best one I found that fit my budget

Alaska Auto Transport did a great job transporting my car from Washington to Alaska. I spoke with Mark on the WA side, who was patient with all my questions, provided me a very competitive quote and gave me all the information I would need to make sure my car would get to Alaska in a timely fashion. I received both a phone call and an email from Jason to let me know that my car had arrived (ahead of time!). And because I'd just moved to Alaska in time for all the snow, I had a ton of concerns and questions about how to drive in those conditions, recommendations for car insurance, etc... he patiently answered all of them. When I went to go pick up my car, he immediately went outside to turn on the car and all the heaters so I wouldn't be cold! The other staff there were really friendly. I would definitely use them again if needed and have no qualms about recommending them to anyone else needing to transport their cars in and out of Alaska! Oh, and not a scratch on my car. :)
