I just received my items. Supposedly there were 1/3 more than initially listed. Not true. Additionally I was told the delay was because they had to "custom wrap " everything. They did put some bubble wrap and cardboard on the dining table, nothing on any other furniture ( 6 dining room chairs, table leaves, 2 living room chairs or antique trunk. They did bubble wrap the rug shampooer.The young men who handled the move were professional, careful and friendly.

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.

Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.
