If I could give a zero I would. Yesterday I called to place an order for pickup and they were rushing me and didn’t understand what I was trying to order. Today I went in and asked for a menu and after 35 minutes of waiting and searching for someone to take my order I decided to leave. No restroom for customers and overall bad attitudes from the only two staff members working. Shame because I love their food 😔

They have some of the best chicken fried rice in Portland Oregon. But the last time I went there I tried to call in my order before I arrived and they refused to take my order over the phone. I was on a strict time schedule so this was extremely frustrating that I had to go into the restaurant and place my order when I could have just picked it up and kept going on about my day. The customer service wasn't that great either but the rice is so good it doesn't really matter.

Food is the best! The owner has worked hard to have her business. The fried shrimp is the bomb! It's a must try!

Very underwhelming. The only veggie options were bland noodles who were so hot temp wise that by the time I could eat them it was soggy. This is the whitest blandest Chinese food on 82nd. The people were very nice. This would be a good place to take your grandparents who are worried things are going to be too spicy.
